The High Court of Manipur has taken a historical step while hearing over the petition filed by Atom Niroda Devi.
Court’s order is about the box which contains the materials relating to interview and mark sheets of the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination, 2005. The high court has ordered Manipur Public Service Commission officer to appear in the court and open that box so that court can verify all the answer sheets and interview sheets in the particular box was signed by all the members in the proceedings.
This order was passed following a writ petition filed by one of the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination, 2005 candidate, Atom Niroda Devi at Guwahati High Court, Manipur branch in September 2007, as she was not satisfied with her marks.
