A group of inebriated men allegedly stabbed two youths in Delhi’s Vijay Vihar. One of them died on the spot and another one was critically wounded.  This group attacked over these two because they did not like their “tone” when asking directions for any cigarette shop available in the late night time.
Rajneesh Gupta, DCP (Rohini) said, “This murder took place around 1.30 am on Sunday. We have identified deceased victim, his name is Rahul. They had a small party at home and had drinks. Around 1.30am, the cousins walked out to purchase cigarettes with Rahul. They came across four men who were drinking outside. When Rahul asked them for directions to any cigarette shop that would be open at that time, the other group allegedly did not like his “tone and body language”.
DCP further said, “When a passerby spotted the injured men lying unconscious on the road, a call to police was made around 2.30 am. All suspects were nabbed within the few hours.”
