On Friday, delegate of International Affairs Division, Government of Thailand called on Manipur’s chief minister, N. Biren Singh. This delegate comprised of six officials was led by Bussarakum Sriratana, executive director of Thailand Investment Board, Government of Thailand. This meeting was to discuss investment opportunity in the state. Tourism Director Ibohal was also present during the meeting.
While meeting CM in his office chamber, the delegates have shown the great interest of Thailand government to invest in Agriculture, Horticulture and Tourism. As per reports coming from CM office, this meeting concluded on a positive note.
On Thursday, this same group has visited the Salai Holdings Private Limited too. As per reports, this team will also visit other northeastern states too.
