Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board has recently conducted Agricultural Research Service Examination and four agro-scientists from Manipur have been selected in it.
As per the reports, Laishram Sunitibala got selected in Livestock Production Management. Anandkumar Naorem is selected in Soil Sciences. Leishangthem Chanu Langlentombi is for Agroforestry. Manoharmayum Shaya Devi is selected in Fisheries Resource Management.
Manoharmayum Shaya Devi who is a resident of Nongmeibung has got wishes for her success by Eastern Students’ Club, Nongmeibung. As per the recent Press release issued by this club, the club has expressed profound happiness over this news of her selection in Agricultural Research Service Examination.This lady from Nongmeibung Pung Makhong is the daughter of Manoharmayum Umabati Devi and Manoharmayum Brajamani Sharma.
Manoharmayum Shaya Devi pursued her senior secondary from R.K. Sanatombi Vidyalaya and her Bachelor of Fishery Science degree is from College of Fisheries Lembucherra, Tripura. While pursuing Master of Fishery Science, Shaya also received junior research fellowship under Indian Council of Agricultural Research.  
Over her remarkable achievement, Eastern Students’ Club, Nongmeibung expressed profound happiness.
