A disgruntled worker, Dayachand, who lost his job in March has been arrested for an attack on a Japanese company’s HR manager.
Dinesh Sharma, 50, who was driving to work in his Etios, was followed by four men in two bikes from Manesar to Bilaspur. HR Manager, Dinesh Sharma was hit in the back, just below the neck, by a bullet that pierced a rear window when one of the bikers began firing.
His father further shared that Dayachand was removed from the job “in a routine manner” this March. Since then, Dayachand and his family had been issuing threats and putting pressure on him. We had also filed a complaint at Bilaspur police station earlier.
Police have filed a case against Dayachand (27), a former apprentice with automobile components manufacturer Mitsuba where Sharma works. Ten others are also booked in this same case for planning and assisting him in this planned attack.
