Aircel should refund the unspent balance amount and security deposit amount of its prepaid and postpaid subscribers. This has been directed by Telecom regulator TRAI. In a directive, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India said there are a large number of received complaints as consumers are seeking the refund of balance amount in prepaid accounts
